Dominic has been working in Hospitality for the last 8 years. He began his trade in Australia - working The Argyle in Sydney, before venturing overseas to finetune his skills as a Flair Bartender at B@1 in London - perfecting a menu with over 300 cocktails. He then moved on to work Venice Italy and was able to compete in a "Bar Wars" team across Europe. Recently he has moved back to Sydney and is now actively involved in Business Development and Training for DIM, and can be found at the Collaroy Beach Hotel on weekends.
