What to do:
60ml Amaretto
30ml Lemon Juice
4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Egg White
Combine all the ingredients in a Boston glass and dry shake first (Dry shake: Take off the spring from your cocktail strainer and put it in the Boston glass and shake with no ice). Then add ice into Boston glass and shake again. Strain over ice filled glass.
