Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Lemon
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Tabasco Sauce
  • Tomato Juice
  • Vodka
  • Worcestershire sauce

Methods:

  • Shaken

Glassware:

  • Collins

Garnish:

  • Celery Stick, Tomato Wedge, Salt Rim

What to do:

  • 60ml Vodka
  • 150ml (5 shots) Tomato Juice
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 8 Drops of Tabasco Sauce
  • 4 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Pinch of Black Pepper

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
I personally pour a little port on top of the cocktail, it gives it a bloody look and extra flavor. You can also  add a little horseradish. Be creative especially with garnishes, you can use pickled asparagus or pickled beans. You can rim the glass with pepper or a mixture of pepper and salt. Have fun with it.
