Responsible Service of Alcohol

Responsible Service of Alcohol training is mandatory for anybody working in the NSW liquor industry. As a result anybody wishing to work full time, part time or casually is required by law to complete this six hour workshop.

The Responsible Service of Alcohol course has been designed to focus on a variety of important individual, social and legal issues surrounding alcohol abuse and harm minimisation within NSW.

Our trainers are experienced professionals working in the NSW liquor industry and as a result delivery an interactive, relevant and stimulating course which provides students with the required knowledge and skills to serve and act responsibly.

  • Understand the effects of alcohol on the community and individuals
  • Your legal responsibilities when serving alcohol
  • Definition of a standard drink and understand the various strengths of alcoholic beverages

Appropriate photo identification must be presented to the trainer prior to commencement of the course.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a statement of attainment approved by the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (THHABF09B Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol)
